Step One - Check Box if your institution is a current member of the Florida Collegiate Honors Council

 

Step Two -Enter number of student participants and click Calculate Student Totals
Step Three - Enter number of faculty and staff participants and click Calculate Faculty/Staff Total
Step Four - Click Calculate Combined Total

*If you adjust the number of Students or Faculty/Staff after clicking the totals, please repeat steps two through four

 

Step Five - Fill out institutional identifying information. The e-mail in this section will receive the invoice

 

Step Six - Proceed to fill out detailed information concerning attendees
Step Seven - Click Submit

 

You should receive an e-mail invoice of the form shortly after submission. To the address that is specified in the institutional information section. If you do not receive an invoice, or if you have issues with viewing the invoice, please e-mail registration@floridacollegiatehonorscouncil.org
